I stumbled across Chill and Go Tacos and my tastebuds have never been the same. I tried the birria ramen for the first time here and now I can’t imagine getting it anywhere else—it’s rich, flavorful, and totally addictive. You can tell there’s real love in that broth! The birria tacos are just as incredible—juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor. I would provide photos if I had self control to take some before chowin down. And don’t even get me started on the agua fresca (mango being my favorite) is super tasty and refreshing, they’re the perfect pairing for a hot day or a spicy bite. He made me feel welcome right away, and the whole vibe is just good energy. If you haven’t tried Chill and Go Tacos yet… what are you doing with your life?

These tacos 🌮 were delicious. Packed with flavor and my favorites were the al pastor and the quesabirria of course. If you are buying for 2 or more people, I’d recommend ordering plates of 5 taquitos each. Order different meats for each plate, that way y’all can try each one. They give you lots of meat, so you’ll get full with those little ones.
