I had read the reviews and had many people tell me how good Coopers was so my wife and I decided to give it a try. Needless to say the night we chose must have been an off night according to all the other reviews. We spent $96 between the wife and I. The person at the smoker was not very polite at all and impatient as we were trying to decide what we wanted being we never ate here before. So much so my wife and I almost just left instead and should have. The meats tasted like they had sat on a cold smoker for the last 3 days. I had to cut the brisket with a knife. That's not a good sign. My ribs were very tough and sausage was almost impossible to bite through. Tried there BBQ sauce just to try as I usually don't try sauces and it was horrible. It tasted as though everytime the sauce got low they just topped it off with more vinegar to get by. Green Beans were ok. Mac N Cheese was pretty good and the double fried potatoes were pretty good. Banana pudding my wife spit it out and we love our Banana pudding. I understand restaraunts have their days but unfortunately for the price it's not worth us giving another chance to try it where there are far more BBQ places for cheaper and far better quality. Love the atmosphere though. But it's a typical BBQ joint atmosphere.

Honestly just not impressed. For the cost of 1/2 pound of brisket- which made 2 sandwiches on bread l, for $19.00? Yikes! I'm sorry, I won't be back. At least trim off the fat so I'm not paying for that too. There's other choices for me...
