Garcia’s Mexican Food Restaurant New Braunfels

Garcia's does start with excellent chips and salsa which is very important for a Mexican restaurant but unfortunately it kinda goes downhill from there. Most of the entrees are between ok and good. None that I've had were bad and none were great. Prices are about what you would expect with the exception of alcohol which is very high considering its all pretty standard stuff (not craft, not top shelf). Service has always been very good.

I went there yesterday for a late lunch. My experience was so neat. My waitress was excellent as well as the food. All of the employees were very nice to me.

Dinner was delicious!! Service, EVEN BETTER, Kay was amazing and outdid herself!! Can’t wait to come back!!

I had a wonderful experience at Garcia’s! Our server, Esperanza, was absolutely amazing and she has such a beautiful smile, she was so friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The menudo was incredibly delicious, full of rich flavor, and the margaritas were amazing and so refreshing. I have to admit, chips and salsa are my weakness, and Garcia’s did not disappoint, they were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely fantastic! We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Garcia’s and ask for Esperanza, she made our visit extra special!
