Waited an hour and a half to call them and find out they didn’t have any drivers and were told that it was on the way to us. Waited another hour and then called again just to cancel. Like the lease you could do is call the customer and let them know what’s happening with their $50 order.
Tasted like cardboard. One and done.

I placed an order at 6:04 that said it would be delivered by 6:37. I called the store at 6:45 when the tracker still didn’t show the order being prepared. I selected the option for “concerned about order” and the phone rang four times and then hung up. I called back and selected the option for “place an order” and someone answered but was not friendly. He told me the wait was now an hour but they would prioritize my order. The worst part is when the food was finally delivered at 7:44 it was barely warm and had been sitting a while.
