Roost

The food is exquisite! Roost offers a variety of items for every taste. I couldn’t decide between French Toast or pancakes. Joe and Justine sent me a taste of French Toast so that I didn’t regret my pancake choice. Chef’s kiss describes our entire breakfast!

Placed a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 12:30. Brooklyn Salazar at the counter was extremely rude. She couldn’t find my name and then said “ok whatever, idc what your name is it’s gonna be another 45 minutes” when I showed her my order confirmation. I understand they get busy but there’s no need to be extremely rude. When I asked her for her name, she gave me more attitude and said “ok bye then”. I already paid. If my kids were hungry I would have just cancelled and left. This girl obviously doesn’t care about customer service or returning business. Hope the manager sees this!!

Rude manager, environment ok, was not greeted when walked in, spoken to in a manner as if they didn’t want to be there. High price and over rated food for my experiences, second visit was giving it another try. To go order was room temperature.
