Stouts was our favorite place but tonight's experience was terrible. Almost 40 minutes to get our pizza and it was burnt. I asked them to make another and after 30 minutes I had to ask about my second pizza. When they brought it they said things were crazy. The dining area was not busy and it seems like pick ups had prioritjy. Staff didn"t seem to concerned about our problem.
