A Tan Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar

I've been to the A Tan in Seguin and didn't know this o e was here until I started going to the chiropractor in the same strip mall. When I came in I was greeted by two lovely ladies that made me truly feel welcome. The wait staff was very attuned to everything that you needed. I didn't have to ask for anything they were on top of it all. The menu/food was a little different than the one in Seguin but still amazing. I truly enjoyed the spring rolls with chicken and then you add the dipping sauce. Truly next level. The chicken fried rice was just as good. When I got ready to leave it was like I had been there several times and they knew who I was. Everyone said goodbye. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Theft! DON’T USE A CARD HERE! Accidentally left my debit card here. Went back the next day and very politely asked for if they had seen it as I know it was the last place I’d used it (bank statements confirm this!) and they said if I was going to accuse them of keeping it then I should just file a police report. A week later, I see on my bank statement that the server gave herself a tip nearly twice what I’d left her. Had to file with the bank to get back the money she stole. By the way, food was average at best.

We order out or go here every chance we get. Best Asian food in New Braunfels that I’ve tried. Ramen is amazing. Everything I’ve tried is great.
